Service/product: Our menu for you is diverse, full of choices, unique and can be customized to your particular needs and conditions. We aim to provide a “one window service” for all your needs of services and products in the tourism sector. We provide tour operations (inbound and outbound), facilitate travel (including ticketing for you inland journey), event organization, car rental services and many more.
Capacity: Apart from our financial capacity, we employe more than 40 professionals (local and foreign) with very good communication skill in various languages. We have about 45 brand new vehicles (Toyota V8s, Hardtop Toyota land cruisers, modern and comfortable buses with AC, toilet and other facilities, midi-buses and sedan cars), Pagumen has a modern office equipped with contemporary communication and IT facilities. Pagumen is in the process of opening up branch offices abroad (Germany in Europe and Washington DC in USA). We have very good support from the Ethiopian government particularly from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as well as from Ethiopian Tourism Association. We are members of the Ethiopian Tour Operators’ Association. We are in the process to be ISO certified.
