This tour is especially designed to promote the Ethiopian Southern Culture and natural routes. Guests will explore the Aquatic life in Arba Minch which translated from Amharic means the “40 springs” and experience the culture of the South and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Southern Ethiopia through the Omo Valley and the Omo River. Guests will take in the lifestyle of the different southern tribes of Ethiopia, (which are dominated by ethnic groups that speak the “Omotic language” as classified by linguistics).
Tigray rock Hewn churches are semi-monolithic or built in to the existing caves. There are over hundreds of rock-hewn churches from Gehralta to Adwa most of them accessible although some are situated on the mountain ranges and involve climbing through fairly difficult terrain. They offer incredible scenery of the surrounding countryside which makes the trip to these churches enjoyable and rewarding.

The Simien is one of the natural world heritage sites registered by UNESCO and one of the most stunning mountain range in Africa. Vast and unique, the highland plateau is capped by a dramatic skyline of jagged volcanic plugs and split by deep gorges and ravines. The views across this landscape are breathtaking: the striking towers and formations having been described as ‘the chess pieces of the Gods’. Our trek takes us to both the highland and rural lowland areas, with an ascent of Mount Buhit, the second highest peak in the range.
